The email address you use at checkout will be the one used for sending your mockups. Once a mockup is sent, you will have 24 hours to approve it. If no response is received within that time, the mockup will be considered automatically approved.

Please note: there is no guaranteed turnaround time for mockups, but all orders still fall under our standard 18 business day turnaround time.
