By placing an order, you agree to the following:

🤍 Turnaround Time

• Current turnaround time is 18 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Your turnaround time begins only after all required information (names, numbers, photos, etc.) has been received.
• If your order takes longer than 18 business days, we will contact you.

📧 Mockups

• Mockups do not have a guaranteed turnaround time.
• Only design changes can be made after your mockup is sent. Product color, size, item selection, and personalization cannot be changed after checkout.
• Mockups must be approved within 24 hours, or they will be automatically approved.

🎨 Designs

• Any design can be printed on any product.
• Upload inspiration photos or leave clear design notes.
• If a listing says "Choose Your Color," you must provide your color choice. Otherwise, you will receive the color shown in the product listing.
• Printed colors may vary slightly from digital mockups.

🛍️ Before You Checkout

• Double-check your product, size, color, spelling, and uploaded information.
• You will receive the item selected at checkout. Requests for a different product in the design notes will not be honored.

🚫 Returns

• All items are custom made, so all sales are final.
• We only replace items that arrive damaged or have a production error. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

📦 Shipping

• We are not responsible for shipping delays or packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
