At Fast & Fancy Customs, every order is packaged with care and shipped out as soon as it is complete.

🚚 Processing Time: All orders follow our 18 business day turnaround time (not including weekends or holidays). This timeframe is for production only and does not include shipping time.

📦 Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please understand that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

📬 Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

📍 Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an error entered at checkout.

❌ Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Fast & Fancy Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
