At Fast & Fancy Customs, each item is made to order with great care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom and made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

✅ Exchanges: We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If this happens, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

⏳ Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed, as production begins right away.

⚡ Mockup Approval: For customized items, mockups will be sent to the email you provide at checkout. You will have 24 hours to approve the mockup; if no response is received, it will be considered automatically approved. Please note: there is no guaranteed turnaround time for mockups.

📦 Turnaround Time: All orders fall under our 18 business day turnaround (not including weekends or holidays). Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
